All orders placed before 3PM PST will ship out from our facility on the same business day! Orders placed after 3PM will ship the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking number that will allow you to follow it all the way to your doorstep! 


In order to help better serve our friends in Central & Eastern Canada we have implemented flat rate shipping rates as follows:

Central Canada (Manitoba/Ontario/Saskatchewan) - $18.00

Eastern Canada (Quebec/New Foundland/New Brunswick/Nova Scotia/PEI) - $22.00




To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All eJuice and food products cannot be returned open or altered for the safety of our customers and our staff.


Taste is subjective; you may or may not feel that our eJuice tastes exactly like the actual flavour. Flavour chemistry is very complex and our Chef is always reviewing our recipes to maximize the taste, quality, and safety. Many users report our eJuice as tasting like the exact flavour, but your experience may vary. 


For the safety of our customers and our staff, we have the right to decline returns on certain items. If you have an issue with your order please feel free to contact us to determine eligibility for return.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Crave also holds the right to issue a store credit in lieu of refund in certain situations.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
